Lalitha Mani is a professional real estate agent who has a background in both the social sciences and law and brings to real estate her facilitative style along with her natural talent for engaging clients and winning their trust. She is licensed in Northern Virginia. Lalitha is also a certified coach and holds the credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation. As a real estate agent, Lalitha has worked witha variety of clients from different geographic and cultural backgrounds and as a coach, shehelps clients make the right real estate choices, be they whether to rent or own, upsize or downsize, and assists them in moving forward with their real estate decisions. She has a natural interest in people and understands the social and cultural context in which behavior takes place. She brings this unique background in the way she helps real estate clients, putting them at ease and eliciting their participation.
Lalitha has a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and has a JD from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. She is amember of the DC Bar. Lalitha has two children who are both physicians and she currently lives in Vienna with her husband Dev, who is a retired scientist from the National Academy of Sciences.
